Workout Description
Men - Deadlift 1 rep every 30 seconds, moving from 315 lb. to 505 lb. in 10-lb. increments.
Women - Deadlift 1 rep every 30 seconds, moving from 185 lb. to 375 lb. in 10-lb. increments.
