22.1 is qualifier workout from the 2022 Down Under CrossFit Championship Qualifier qualifier. This CrossFit workout is a triplet with a time cap of 16 minutes. This workout is scored by the time it takes the athlete to complete the work.

Workout Description

For time, or for reps:
On an 8-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
25 Toes to Bar
50 Double Unders
15 Squat Snatches, 45kg/ 30kg (100lb/ 65lb)
25 Toes to Bar
50 Double Unders
12 Squat Snatches, 60kg/ 40kg (135lb/ 90lb)
If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 Toes to Bar
50 Double Unders
9 Squat Snatches, 85kg/ 55kg (187lb/ 120lb)
If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 Toes to Bar
50 Double Unders
6 Squat Snatches, 100kg/ 65kg (220lb/ 145lb)
