Rope Sled
Rope Sled is workout from the 2012 Crossfit Games. This CrossFit workout is a couplet. This workout is scored by the time it takes the athlete to complete the work.
Workout Description
Five rounds for time of:
20 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent
20 yard Sled drive
The athletes will drive the padded sled 100 yards in 20-yard increments.
The men's sleds have 90 pounds added.
