Ball Toss

Ball Toss is workout from the 2012 Crossfit Games. This CrossFit workout is a single movement WOD. This workout is scored by the time it takes the athlete to complete the work.

Workout Description

Sitting in the GHD, athletes will throw as many medicine balls as far as possible.
Men will throw 4 pound medicine balls.
Women will throw 2 pound medicine balls.
